Yeah Cece and Whitney still ae best friends. Whitney was just recently at Cece's Always Sisters Forever Brothers Conference and they sung " Count On Me". It was so beautiful. There wasn't a dry eye in the arena. Cece is the godmother of Whitney's daughter.
