@SHINxNightwing Oh, Ibuki is amazing with her Kunai traps and shit like that, she's amazing, but she's not BRAINLESS. To use her well you have to know how to be tricky, how to effectily use the command dash, combo off of the reverse DP grapple kicks, create pressure and mixups with target combos . . . high-level thinking! What does Honda do? Rushdown to EX Palms for chip. That's what Honda does. No matter how GOOD the character is, Honda is HISTORICALLY stupid.
