DNA R/C's new prototype shockless bolt on chassis for the Losi MRC. It features a Holmes Hobbies Mini Torque Master, Maxamps 800MAH 2C Lipo, cut Gladiator tires, and a set of DNA 1.9 Thrasher beadlocks with no additional weight added. The next revision of this chassis is currently being put together and it allows more articulation but eliminates the axle wrap seen in a few bind spots on the vid. Vids of the new chassis with weighted 1.9 Assassins will be posted up soon...stay tuned
Has this chassis been released yet? I've got some AX-10's to embarrass.

The mini SS is workin perfect and already sold in retailers all over. RPP, Hacker, and RCHQonline come to mind as far as who has them in stock. Lots of great builds to follow on RCC for tips and tricks that other guys are doing to match their driving style.

i see now i just saw the post on rcc with this truck. Does the mini ss have this axle wrap problem?

This chassis uses no shocksthough, it is a torsion chassis.

the shock thing is a blessing though because you can customize your shock options to whatever you like

Once I am happy with the final proto it will release for production. It should be slightly less than the Mini SS but you will save more with the lack of shocks needed for this chassis.

so I would really like this chassis is it going to be available anytime soon because i want this. also will it be more/less/same price as the original mini ss?

It does slightly, keep in mind this is the very first prototype of a concept unattemtped before now. I have already revised design and am awaiting more prototype parts to arrive for further testing but the "axle wrap" should be eliminated with the revised rear legs. Other than that, it performs great as can be seen in the vids. Thanks
