  • so he has no formal education in exercise science/kinesiology/nutrition/physical therapy

  • Thats how i've become a leader in my industry. I learned through years of intensive, direct, experience. You can study tennis and know every rule and action through a formal institution but you can't step onto a court and win a contest with that knowledge. This is the key to understanding why our society has become so compartmentalized and separated from its roots in nature. By the way i've rehabbed some of the most written-off athletes in the world, thats why your watching my videos:-)

  • @PaulChekLive not to get you mad but i watched a program on tv about art and i heared in there that a mathmitician designed a near perfect sculpture of a human body made of bronze but i wondered even if this guy new the math behind it how did he make it so perfect i think he had many years of experience what do you think about that?l

  • @cooll6 mel siff, stuart mcgill, yuri verkoshansky to name few.The problem is youd need an extensive academic background to see through some of their bullshit.Of the 2 poloquin is less of an idiot.Neither of them are peer reviewed as neither are researchers, they are trainers who get out of their depth trying to find new angles on things and both are incredibly overpriced.Example.Charles charges 300 euro for a small folder of basic strength science principles youd get in a book for 30 euro.

  • @billysue2 can you give me some names of the exercise scientists who agree with you?

I am always interested in new ideas. I think both check and poloquin have great ideas, its all very new to me. I also think poloquin is very well respected and peer reviewed. Why do you disagree?

  • youll find that many exercise scientists who also coach agree with me.Another lad with some ridiculous ideas amongst lots of good stuff is poloquin. Both lads do very well financially due to being very self disciplined, great talkers and marketersand having some very good ideas amongst the shite.

  • chek is anything but evidence based lately. He was ok when he stuck to physical training. Now hes a clown like a lot of the other guru trainers.ITs all marketing, very little to do with whether theres any proof something works.

  • I'm just going to sum up what everyone else is telling you. Your a MORON!

  • Your a fucking retard

  • why do all the bitches always hate on chek?

  • I agree, Blank. I'm a massage therapist who took two seminars from Paul years ago, and this guy is VERY serious about helping people and doing things that really work. To this day I use the knowledge I learned at his seminars and it works. Period.

  • Who is the gentlemen seated to the left of Paul at the start of the video? Looks a lot like TC Luoma.
