  • I wan't to see it please

  • I think that is worse than class 1, thats walking speed.

  • anyone that has tiger and elmo as soon as you open up their you tube should be allowed to jerk off to anything.

  • Paul stop worring about the dam spelling and watch the dam video. I did not know we were being tested on our spelling now.

  • dont worry about it. you know that a TGV could easily run that at full speed!

  • they could break there own record at this spot

  • Well, it in front of a GE plant, that why the rails are so bad! The GE curse has been put on those tracks! The EMDs are trying to get rid of the GE curse.

  • Nice horn. Bad track. Good vid.

  • These locomotives are on the Adrian & Blissfield Railroad in Adrian, Michigan. I've been inside the cab of 1758 and 1760. Nice engines.

  • Are you a rich country or what?

  • So what would happen if they hit that section faster? Just hit the throttle...

  • just like the old Rock Island line at Blue Island Illinois...

  • Dear GE,

    Stick to light bulbs.

    Thanks!

  • Bad track, great horn, and nice, older EMDs. When was this video shot? It looks like the 90's at least.

  • @Trainking922 Who is "they"? They would have to have millions to rehab the entire line. A bridge rehab alone could cost a million or more.

Tourist trains, even profitable ones, do not bring in that type of revenue. Or few of them do anyway.

It's a nice idea, but there isn't a "they" out there who is ready to step up and risk the money to try and rebuild lines such as this one.

  • @Boss302fan They should raise enough money to rebuild the whole line rather than open portions of it. I say this because if the line was in NW CA, IT must be a scenic area. A passenger train would be a huge train for the line to have and it would eliminate the "no traffic" problem on the line. The bridge problem can be solved by rebuilding them and making them as safe as they can. Washouts.... idk how to fix those.

  • @Trainking922 If you're talking about the NWP line it was because of severe bridge problems, washouts, and almost no traffic. Each case is different. Some portions of the NWP line are scheduled to open back up.
