Disc Golf Tee Shot lands on top of target (DROT)

This a a rare occurence when a tee shot lands on top of the Disc Golf Target. It is known as Disc Resting On Top (DROT) and by the rules od Disc Golf this is not considered a hole in one. After the disc comes to rest in this position the next shot is to be played from a mark on the ground directly beneath the position where the disc came to rest. An easy duece but how sweet if it counted as an Ace.

Now how come every time ive hit the top it just flys right off in fact i skipped one off the top earlier at tibbiwassee park in freeland MI if it was 2ins lower would have ripped the chains nice ace cubbby

Thanks, unfortunately it does not count as an ace, but I thought it was a cool video to upload as capture a DROT on video is super rare.

My Man, Thanks for the inspiration I got my first ace after 5 years this weekend at Pleasant Hill in Scarborough Maine! Of course the firs thing my buddy and I talk about after celebrating in how I only need 300+ more to catch you!

Congrats on your first Ace!!!!! Glad that you shared it with me. I don't remember all of my aces but the memory of my first Ace is still as vivid as if it just happened. I hope you have many more my friend.

IMO that should count... It is clearly inside the basket diminsions and is just as hard to do as make it in the basket if not harder.
