  • @dinamicheady Two more things, other chars that use 8214/236 = Valk, lamda, litchi, rachel(it's optional but doing tk j.214C gives you the best frame advantage) tsubaki. Those off the top of my head.

You can also do 8214 in SFxTK if you have it since the jump cancel window in that game is about as large as BB's.

  • @dinamicheady No prob, you can do 9214B also since it helps moves you forward a bit for your next rep, but make sure you don't super jump it and just take it a bit slow.

Doing 8214/8236 out of a jump cancellable normal works for almost every character in this game that can do it and is much easier than actually doing a TK motion, don't get me wrong though you SHOULD learn how to TK, it's an invaluable tool that translates well into other fighting games.

  • @dinamicheady you can do both...but i find 8214B easier too

  • @duo317 thanks dude I can now make the loop :D my fail was than I make 2147B and is 8214B, thanks for all dude :)

  • Kony!!!!!!!!1

  • 1:18 YOU WA SNAKE~!

  • @dinamicheady you need to delay the 2c after 5c as long as you can and the you can't super jump the TK. The dash in has tight timing too. Good luck!

  • @dinamicheady The last thing I can suggest is to never mash during timing specific combos. If the link is relatively hard try abusing BB's advanced input mechanic, which can be better explained on dustloop(dot)com engine guide. To be short, the game will input your last command for 5 frames which allows slightly easier links by doing specific inputs for certain combos. I forget how it works but I know it works and what to do for certain chars and it's relatively easy.

  • @dinamicheady If you wanna practice the j.214B loop without a long complicated setup I would suggest using Bang as your training dummy, set the dummy to counterhit:on and then just start with 214D~C (charged), 6C -> dash 5C, 2c j,214B. I find you really don't even need to TK it, just jump cancel 2C as early as possible and buffer j.214B while you are jump cancelling 2C before the jump animation comes out.

  • @dinamicheady it's setup specific on the timing. You wanna have really good poration and a combo that lead into a long amount of untechable time in order to get the most out of it. After watching some videos and spending some time in training you'll get a feel for when you can do his j.214b loop.
