" well, actually thats how u score, by getting receiving yards and rushing yards, it advances ur team down the field. if i make a 50 yard catch, then my team is 50 yards closer getting a touchdown. sure, sometimes a team can get not as much yardage and still win, but yardage is overall the best way to rate players.

its not all about which player scores the most touchdowns, in fact, the amount of touchdowns a receiver gets isnt as important as receiving yards or receptions. if u can have a one player gets a 100 yard game, but no touchdowns that game, and another player scores 3 touchdowns, but all were 10 yard receptions, and the players total is 30 yards, the player with the 100 yard game is considered to be better. the 2010-2011 season had moss with 93 receptions, the 4th most in the league, 5'10 o pwnage
