a rainy friday morning in central hong kong

while walking to office this morning, i put my panasonic lumix ts-1 (aka ft-1) into test under the rainy condition. source files created in avchd lite format were transferred to final cut express on my unibody macbook using elgato's turbo.264 hd.

So I take it that the Imac can hande the avchd format without being laggy?

i made this on my unibody macbook using fce. video was ingested using elgato's turbo.264hd so i didn't notice any performance problem if that's why you meant by laggy. once ingested into fce, it became apple's own intermediate format.
