Protect Our 2nd Amendment Right

Our 2nd Amendment Right has been damaged enough through the years unlike any other Constitutional Right that we enjoy.

It's the Right that helps protect ourselves and ensures our other Rights, but it is the most hated by many in this nation.

Please be responsible out there with your behavior and possession of firearms. There are a lot of people giving us responsible gun owners a bad name but hopefully this new Supreme Court decision will go in our favor and strengthen our Right.

The best thing would to have a wonderful representative, senator, or president that will get rid of those old ridiculous and hateful pieces of legislation from 1934, 1968 and 1986 that have helped whittle away our freedom.

Provided that the Supereme Court rules in favor of Heller in the DC gun ban case. This could open up future lawsuits on other gun laws.

Hopefully that is the case. It's just plain unconstitutional to ban weapons for law-abiding Americans citizens while allowing police and military to use automatics and short-barreled weapons.

It's like saying that we're all just criminals and can't be trusted. It's not hard to pick up smuggled automatics or modified weaponry, but most of us still just don't do it because we AREN'T criminals.

What! That is in the bill of RIGHTS...not the bill of PRIVILEGES. lol. The right to keep and bear arms. Give a gun to a criminal....no, but make it impossible for law abiding citizens to get guns, thats crap. you should be able to easily go get a gun and carry it around. You should be able to get an auto, whatever. It's the 2nd Amendment, and it's a right.

Remember the Police almost never stop a crime they respond to it. Only you can truely protect yourself and your family.
