Veteran film actor Murali died at Chennai on 8 th september 2010 due to heart attack.

In the year 1964, Murali was born into the family of a popular Kannada film director Siddhalingaiya. Born and brought up in Chennai, Murali studied up to his 5th std. in Chennai; from 6th to 10th he studied in Bangalore. At the age of 14, he joined as an assistant director under the wings of his father. He got his training in film editing by way of working as an editing assistant for a while.

He has done more than 50 films in tamil. Murali has acted with many stars including Vijaykanth, Prabhu, Sathyaraj, Prabhu Deva, Surya, Parthiban, Sarath Kumar, Mammootty and Sivaji Ganesan. In the 1990s, He has also acted with famous heroines including Simran, Roja, Devayani, Laila and Rambha
Murali is an Indian film actor,having his roots in Karnataka, but concentrating in Tamil films, appeared in leading and supporting roles throughout his career.[1] Murali has acted with many stars including Vijaykanth, Prabhu, Sathyaraj, Prabhu Deva, Surya, Parthiban, Sarath Kumar, Mammootty and Sivaji Ganesan. In the 1990s, He has also acted with famous heroines including Simran, Roja, Devayani, Laila and Rambha. His son, Adharvaa, is also debuting as an actor. He passed away on 8th of September 2010 due to heart attack.
