The Upper Crust is a temporary environmental sculpture by Patrick Dougherty. It was installed in the plaza of San Francisco City Hall in Spring of 2009 and will remain in place for at least one year. Director of Cultural Affairs Luis R Cancel interviews Patrick Dougherty during the last days of completing work on The Upper Crust. Highlights of Patrick's past work can be seen at 4:15
