I want to be a neurosurgeon, and I have always dreamt of moving to japan, working hard for money, and then buying some land and having a ryokan built and have a business doing that.
Im gifted in linguistics, and learn new languages easily. So I'm going to take a year or two of japanese when I go to college, and then join the student exchange for Osaka U, to see if japan is as wonderful as I have been told.
@ionglacier My Japanese fails D: I learn from online lessons and anime xD I would go for lessons, but the closest place they have it is 2-3 hours away >< I'm not even close to starting to try to learn Kanji, though e.e Thank you for your help and advice though!!
@Twiruto2 There quite a bit of things you gotta do. First you have to be able to read and write Japanese, but I think they provide a class for 2 semester at Osaka(1 year). Then you gotta apply for a student visa. I suggest you actually call Osaka University so they can answer all your questions provided that you can spell fluent Japanese, but maybe they have a English speaker :S. Make sure to have good grades! Good luck! :P
Wow.. That must really suck >< If you don't mind me asking, what are the requirements to get into Osaka..? (You would've thought that I should know that o.O)
I'm 12. It's been my dream to go to Osaka University for the past two years. I'm trying to get the best grades I possibly can, and am teaching myself Japanese, already speaking other languages fluently. My whole life's goal is to go to Osaka University and do graphic design, and I will try as hard as I can to reach that goal.
I'm carrying a huge dream to do medical undergraduates here...so, anybody watching...pray for me!! haha!! Osaka University, hope for a Malaysian on 2012 !!! I'll be there for sure !!!
