just started looking at SGU, is it me or are there quite a few young faces in the cast? (not always a bad thing). Are they aiming the series at a different audience?
I know when i was about umm 13/14 when SG1 was out i never liked it due to it was more complicated and i guess not aimed at the younger generation, this might be different? Then again im alot older now so i hope the cast live upto expectations and give not the young audience a heads up but everyone, even the vets :).

yes they are aiming at a younger age. But if you think about Shanks and Tapping joined in there 20s
I love SG1 and I'm 14. Its not necessarily aimed for young teens but the people that are maturer then the average teens (not preppy and you know teen like)
