Your starling is so cute, I never realised how cute these birds were until now, before I would get annoyed becase they would wake me up at the crack of dawn. I only realised today when my cat brought home one with broken legs and i took it to the vet. Unfortunatley it had to be put down but I started googling them and realised how beautiful they really are. Shame on my cat =[

Gosh! Im so sorry to hear that you starling Ode died. That is so sad!
At least you gave him a chance at life, he wouldn't have lived as long as he did if it weren't for yall taking him home with you and taking care of him. Its not easy raising a wild bird like it is a bird you buy in the store. Its a challenge to me every day with my starling Cleo.

He is cute, just wait until he starts flying and talking, then you will be in for a treat! I just love starlings, they are so pretty and so much fun to teach things. They are really smart and learn so fast!
My starling is nearly a year old now. She is such a sweetie. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of your precious bird as I am my bird Cleo. She is a blessing in my life :)

loud!
Thanks for the nice comment...his name was Ode, and he actually passed away not long after he learned to fly. We found him on the side of a busy street when he was a newborn, and, although we knew he would most likely die from internal injuries, we took care of him and tried to give him another chance at living.
