This is Part 1. I made this because I got tired of the hatred and racism coming from both sides. This is to help people understand the variation that you see in the African American population, and to help clear things up that plague people who are mixed with African American and Native American blood. Please no negative comments.

  • @mcelite14, this could have been a great video presentation, if you'd have thought about what you were going to say before you starting speaking. You are repeating yourself over and over and over again. It's annoying.

It may be a good idea for you to redo this video; this time, you need to write down what you want to say, and read from the script.

  • Ya know I don't get racism probably 'cause I wasn't raised in it. Like I said I was afraid to say I was a black and Indian, 'cause the black girls were racist to me, and I still don't get it. I'm proud to halve both of these great people in me, and I have Mexican family my grandma is from New Mexico, and my nephew and niece are half Persian and Russian, and I love Italian men, if I can love all people when I was hated, why can't other people do so?

  • @verasmanful

bible is bullshit plus is a european religon although set in israel actually spread because of the romans

  • @11rainyday the person here that is talking is an enrolled member of a native tribe. Yes it's sad but the Cherokee thing does make it hard to be taken seriously...even when the people are telling the truth

  • I've never commented on the matter of race on youtube. It is understandable to be disturbed about injustices prevelent in society. Just wanted to mention some Cherokee were slave holders. My family in NC didn't own any slaves on the paternal side and the only owner on the maternal side mentions one slave in the late 1700"s. Racism is ugly. We've descended from Noah.s and his three son's and their wives and I hope to live to see the day rascism to be gone and have full faith that it will happen.

  • Furthermore, this subject matter is taught in higher education studies involving graduate degrees in world history, ancient history and studies, islamic history, eastern studies etc

  • I don't see any real documentation in comments. I only see opinions. But here is "real" proof. Native American and Africans have been associated as one in the same since the ancient times. Its been documented in Christopher Columbus' diary and Bartolome de las Casas documents that Africans were in Americas long before Europeans. Read and research books, a lost art. "African and Native Americans" by Jack Forbes and "They Came Before Columbus" by Dr. Ivan Van Sertima. Read their sources as well.

  • @sarahmakeswarnotlove It was apparent to "whites" that it was in their best interest to keep Indians and blacks from having much contact, lest we decide to team up.

  • @sarahmakeswarnotlove I've been to Montana....and yes, the Cherokee did own slaves. Just as neighbouring tribes would also sell escaped black slaves right back to their masters. They had enough conflict going on without having to worry about harbouring slaves as well. Blood myths mostly come down to a child of a black/white coupling, whether consensual or not, being passed off as Native as it was slightly more socially acceptable.

  • @Ajidamoon The Cherokee actually owned slaves up and till the mid 1800s. They were not as sympathic to the black man's plight as modern blacks believe. People want to believe they are descended from some sort of hero, who rescued an opperssed slave from the white man. The only contact the Blackfeet had with any Africans was York from the Lewis and Clark expedition. I was born and raised in Montana, and trust me there is not a lot of black people.
