You had a great lecture, and I agreed with all of the opinions.
One thing you could have pointed out was that Fair use is a doctrine under the federal law of copyright, which in turn is a law of the Constitution. Therefore, WMG is being unconstitutional in neglecting a law of the Constitution. You could have also stated that the Constitution in plain definition is the supreme law of the land, and no other laws go above the Constitution.

Great video! Very true, I've made videos where i included my favorite bands @ the time, and used probably 30 to 40 seconds of each song that i used, and got the sound taken off, now i know there's way to illegally download songs on youtube, but who would want 30 seconds of six song put together, in my view it was promoting the bands, I've had similar videos taken down completely too
