  • That depends on what your health practitioner advises (as any new exercise program should be done with the support of a health practitioner). I do posture exercises every day and that is what I find the most effective. Thanks for watching!

  • I really hope they work for you. With any ongoing issue that isn't resolving, I usually take an xray to see if there is information we are missing. Also look to your lifestyle (hydration, nutrition, emotional health...often these things are even more important).

  • Thank you Paula for the videos. I have been suffering for almost 3 years from extreme neck pain. My neck muscles are so out of whack that my head will randomly turn to the left. I've seen a physical therapist for 12 weeks, didn't work. Then a chiropractor for 6 months, no luck there. And yet another phys therapist for another 12 weeks~ that didn't help either. I'm hoping that these exercises will help. They do feel very good. Thank you!
