Thank you Paula for the videos. I have been suffering for almost 3 years from extreme neck pain. My neck muscles are so out of whack that my head will randomly turn to the left. I've seen a physical therapist for 12 weeks, didn't work. Then a chiropractor for 6 months, no luck there. And yet another phys therapist for another 12 weeks~ that didn't help either. I'm hoping that these exercises will help. They do feel very good. Thank you!

That depends on what your health practitioner advises (as any new exercise program should be done with the support of a health practitioner). I do posture exercises every day and that is what I find the most effective. Thanks for watching!

I really hope they work for you. With any ongoing issue that isn't resolving, I usually take an xray to see if there is information we are missing. Also look to your lifestyle (hydration, nutrition, emotional health...often these things are even more important).
