Help me identify these beetles - Beetle species

PLEASE help me out if you know anything. They are about 7.5 mm in length.

here are some of the dead adults I found in close proximity to the live larvae from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5op1MJkImpI

still need help getting a complete understanding of what exactly these sneaky devils are and how to treat them (as in kill them all completely - especially what I cannot see and do not yet know about - larvae, eggs, adults, etc).

Someone has said carpet beetle, but would a carpet beetle bore tunnels through some wood trim?

  • thease are larder beetles basicly just carpet bugs soap and water would get rid of them

  • I cant tell what they are, cant tell size, should put a penny next to them, also its really dark, a flashlight on it would be great
