Robert Kowalski advises taking plant sterols with your meal to fill your body's cholesterol receptors, which will block the actual cholesterols from the blood stream. Also watch Part 1-Diet and Part 2-Niacin from iHealthTube.

  • I'd rather die eating natural foods than taking this shit called Niacin and Statin, etc...

  • nice video thanks for sharing very interesting .. god bless

  • @COMP3LLED2KILL : Diet contributes very little to your cholesterol, its your liver that produces 80% of it. From all the videos I see about plant sterol-enriched foods it appears that they can only reduce dietary cholesterol by blocking its absorption. Is this what you were told?

  • @palatiality : Name your source please.

  • @kiwisoft Yeah.... my M.D. doctor does the same thing, he wants to charge me for writing a prescription that I take to the pharmacy and pay a bunch of money for some kind of statin drug. They are all out for money aren't they....especially the M.D.'s

  • Yes!! We Need To Have More Education about Cholesterol!! Its Made By The Liver! The one u eat has nothing to do with the blood cholesterol!! Hdl and Ldl R Not Cholesterol!! They R LipoProtein!! They Carry Cholesterol around!! There Is No Such Thing as Good or Bad One!! But There Is Too Much Junk Science Around!!! Read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe!!

  • @kiwisoft Perhaps. There are foods that can lower your blood pressure and cholesterol (whole garlic clove every evening works well. I have had high cholesterol all my life. I started taking betasterols and policosonol and my cholesterol is borderline high after six months of taking the supplements. Not a cureall. You have to exercise and watch your diet as well.

  • Plant sterols do actually work, my Doctor advised me to take plant sterols, and after 1 month my cholesterol was lowered

with exercise and healthy eating....IT WORKS :)

  • Agree....this is a promotional product..... pseudosience.... this guy selling product..... all about money

  • this looks like bullshit, maybe because he looks like a used car salesman.
