My roomate had a broken TV and we all agreed that this would be a good idea. This happened before or maybe during a Purdue football home game in West Lafayette. He bought the TV for cheap and so decided this fate was worthwhile. Intoxication was a prerequisite. Enjoy!

  • OMGGGGGGGG ARE U CRAZY XD!

  • y the did he drop the big hammer every time he threw it?

  • is that really a tv? looks much like a home made thing.

  • Totally misread your comment. However, when it comes to TV's, I stand by what I said. Older TV's may be "cool", but almost everyone will have more enjoyment come from a newer and bigger high-definition television. By the way, the TV in the video is almost old enough to be called vintage, technology-wise that is.

  • Yeaaaaa, no. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That would be like driving around in an ancient Volvo wagon rusted from ear to ear when you can be driving a Mustang.

  • id take this TV apart and use the parts, theres 3 lenses inside the projection tubes one in each tube, and a big ass freshnel lens in the screen that kicks ass, then theres the mainboard and speakers ill build an amp out of it.

  • crazzy drunk it only needed a bulb or an elignment or if it wasnt hd then fuck it

  • I have a console radio from the late 1940s or early 1950s. It is awaiting restoration (1 tube, model 6Y6G, is missing and the cabinet is faded, and needs refinishing). for now, it sits in my living room as a decoration. Since it can play vinyl records (it even came with an LP), I will use it when I get it working.
