Ever so popular crochet granny stripes.
Chain a number of sts that can be divided by 3, we are ch 18 in the video.
1st row: 3 dc in the 6th ch from hook, *skip 2 ch, 3 dc in the next ch* , repeat from *-* until end of row. Turn the piece.
2nd row: 3 ch, 3 dc in between the 2 first dc groups from previous row, *3 dc in between the next 2 dc groups*, repeat from *-* until end of row and finish with 3 dc in the ch space from beginning of previous row - when making the last pull through on the last dc, change color if you want the stripes in different colors.
You can chose either to cut the yarn and fasten it later (shown in video at the very end), or letting the yarn follow up along the edge if you will do a border around your piece after.
Repeat the 2nd row.
