Some folks question the strength (soft steel) of the Mauser M95 action (FR7) when chambered in modern cartridges like the .308 Winchester. I don't worry about it. These early Mauser actions were NOT designed for 52000 PSI ammo, but for a 1 deer season a year hunting gun, they're just fine. They won't ever all of a sudden blow up! Just beware that a steady diet of modern .308 loads (thousands) can "dish" the bolt face & stretch the locking lugs, which could create dangerous head-space problems.
