@Dejch24 i think it was just a very tired engine..thats why it lost anyway,i got the tdi version,which is better in a lot of ways then the gas versions

@golf1diesel No it was 90hp. We tried it all, and it just is slow. Bad engine. It's not Alfa vs VW thing, it just is old fashioned engine, gas consumption is high and performance is slow, bad gearbox doesn't help either.

@Dejch24 sure mate you go with your torqueless engine..that was probably a 75 hp 1.8 Golf a 90 hp would pass your 1.4 as the Alfa goes 0-100 in 12.8 and Golf 1.8 90 in 12.1,and again try from a rolling start..

@matm91 youa re the gayest,that 1.8 75/90 hp engine is made for reliability and fuel consumption ,you want something sportier get 1.6 101 hp or 2.0 115/150 hp/vr6 etc
