  • @bigboyrichbitch you are completely right. Fitness, flexibility, and practice have nothing to do with it. I'm going to give you the REAL secret to how to hit it far. First you hold your hand with the palm toward the sky, keeping your fingers aligned. Next touch your thumb to your index finger. Then starting just below belt level motioning upward at a 45 degree angle no more than 3-4 inches, then back down to the starting position. This must be done in plain view of others, or it won't work.

  • Excellent advice- overspeed training, bilateral training. Most folks won't be patient enough to try this for a mo th but if they do, they gain distance for sure.
