And now 3 years since the iPhone came to Canada the plans are still the same. 3 year contract, lowest plans are 65 dollars a month with on 500mb of data and 250 mins, WITH NO CALLER ID?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I regret everyday for returning to this country where everything is more expensive than the USA, and everyone just goes along with it, while the government charges taxes like mad and not do much with your money and give that "we spent it on healthcare" s*it

I just looked at my credit report and lost 50 points on my credit rating because rogers put the balance to collections who reported an outstanding balance of $150 to the credit bureau resulting in a 50 point reduction in my credit rating.

I hate Ted Rogers for being a fucking petty tyrant when it comes to debts. After transferring to another service due to Roger's sucking so much I was left with $600 to pay on the contract. I told accounts receivable that I would be paying $100 per month which I was already paying until it was cleared.

This is why Ted Rogers made my list of top ten people who I'd like to punch in the face.
I saw on the news a few weeks ago that he passed away, I was really disappointed. I'll never get that chance to punch him in the face.... punching corpses doesn't count.

i have a lot of respect for people who work at rogers wireless customer service because every single phone call that they receive is a complaint. i mean imagine going to work and call after call is someone yelling in your ear saying how dumb you are. its hurtful.. and they probably dont even have enough authority to actually change a lot of things that people want changed and thats where th frustration happens. we should all try to be nicer to those who work in customer service

We always experience issues with companies, as do I however; I would never shame myself in speaking ill of one who represents a part of our Canadian economy and is still a VERY PROUD CANADIAN but whatever, if speaking ill of our fellow Canadian makes you feel better, our country has given you the right to do so, therefore belt out your unfortunate circumstances.. if you bit your tongue may that be Mr. Rogers fault!

It would be interesting to hear how many of YOU do something positive everyday to benefit the welfare of this Country, regardless, did you know ROGERS is continuously taking in used cell phones and converting it into cash with the SOLE purpose of assisting the Daily Food Bank that so many take advantage of? Or how about the fact that he makes many donations on behalf of his employees and the company itself, however has NEVER solely taken responsibility in saying he did it himself..

Regardless of that fact, for those of you that have a bad taste in your mouth solely related to his EARNED success, lest we all forget that he had the power to move his company to places like India and China where he would have saved a TON of money... think about the impact ROGERS has alone on our CANADIAN economy.
Canadians are a bunch of sheeps that will just take anything is put out there, and yes I live in Canada.
The food prices skyrocketed, Natural gas is on the rise, and we are concerned with iphone rates? iphone caused the outrage? Some hipsters got left out from looking cool? who cares, 3 trips to the grocery store you loose more money than the iphone costs due to increased food prices and this is what gets posted?

Ah, yes, on data only, and only for a very limited time. If you don't get the phone by mid August, you're back to regular rates.
It's a step, but a bigger step is needed.
