this should be legal during the winter cause who is ever there during the winter, is not like mr and mrs jensen is taking a trip to the beach and sees you drifting and calls the police, because it gets very windy out there during the winter plus its at your own risk duing it when the tide if its ever comming to rømø strand, thats the reason for making this legal during the winter on some parts of the beach
