----- Jim on Broadway!!! Thanks to fuckyeahbazinga for the link!

Jim on 01:38 as the "Southern Bitch" Tommy Boatwright. :)

I wish I could live in New York, I wanna see this play, it seems really interesting and real. (too bad I live in the other side of the World) :P
Besides Jim takes photos with the fans every night. So that's a PLUS. ----

I miss Pushing Daisies and Lee Pace ---- OUT OF TOPIC COMMENT ------

Larry Kramer's groundbreaking drama about "a city in denial" during the beginning of the AIDS epidemic finally receives a Broadway production after 26 years. Tony-winning director Joe Mantello makes a rare return to acting as Ned Weeks, a hot-headed activist trying — along with a tight-knit group of friends — to get doctors, politicians and the press to address the impending AIDS crisis in 1980s New York City. Tony and Oscar-winning actor Joel Grey (who starred in the original Public Theater version of The Normal Heart in 1985) co-directs with Tony-winning director George C. Wolfe.

  • Oh @JimParsonsFan, don't mention it. Thank YOU. You're amazing with all these Jimmy Pea vids!

So happy for the man ... it's his big Broadway debut, and I've read nothing but rave reviews about his brill performance as the Southern bitch. Once and for all, may this silence those who ludicrously keep bringing up the phrase "typecast as Sheldon" when speaking of Jim. And since he's way too nice to utter these words, I'll do it for him: IN YOUR FACE, you bloody skeptics!

  • @fuckyeahbazinga +10. Preach it! :)

  • Thanks soooo much for posting this!! I'm gonna fly in from Toronto to see this play next month!!! Should I? Probably not. Can I really afford it? Hell no. But it (and Jim) are just too awesome to pass up, I know I'd be kicking myself if I didn't.

  • @RachInColor OMG! that is awesome, lucky you! Take a lot of photos! and tell Jim we love him (?) :P

  • @bascas715 no, he is not.

  • I saw this. It was brilliant. My heart was ripped apart, by the end,

  • i saw this play with my english class a few weeks ago, and my teacher's husband is friends with Joe Montello so he arranged a Q&A session of after the show for us. He was so nice and an amazing actor!

I have never been so moved by a show in my whole life. Im only 16 and cannot even image what it must have been like living in this timer period even though it was only 30 years ago. This play has truly inspired me and i encourage everyone to see it! <3

  • Looks like such a beautiful play.

  • this looks amazing I wish I could go see it

  • Jim acts like Sheldon on this play
