  • how in the world you want me to reach in the back of my mouth?

  • no it wont be bleeding gum's. once your gum's get USE to flossing! they toughen up and the bleeding stops after flossing for about a week or so. IF they bleed when you do floss at first this means you have plaque buildup between your teeth. so flossing like the way she is showing IS correct and safe, dentist told me so.

I know. I can only floss once a day because of all the time it takes. Yes, they do make flossing toothbrushes that make the job easier, but it's still a 15-20 min job. Flossing twice is something I can only do with a significant amount of free time on my hands.

  • Thanks a lot and Happy New Year @dragonknightleader1

I know what you mean. They do make something called a flossing toothbrush which does work for molars. I'm still getting used to mine, but it does make it easier to get to.

  • I find the molars are the hardest to floss so hard to get the floss in between then

  • @solutionstoliveby thanks for the advice! Every time I'd floss my teeth I would bleead, and I started thinking I wasn't doing it correctly. So now I know my gums will get use to flossing more often =)

  • Sometimes i wish my teeth are those plastic moulds never have to worry about bleeding, smell, plaque, etc sighs....

  • I bet every one watching this just got told to floss daily from their dentist...

  • Flossing is very essential for a good oral health.

And I praise this video because it's going to tell people very clearly the way people can floss their teeth at home.

  • Floss TWICE a day
