Crittenton Women's Union (CWU) - www.LiveWorkThrive.org - transforms the lives of 1,400 people a year by creating opportunities for them to live, work, and thrive.

Through our housing, alternative education, workforce development, and Mobility Mentoring™ programs, CWU works directly with each person to create a path to an economically secure life. In addition to offering one-on-one support, we conduct in-depth research to identify the barriers low-income individuals and families face in becoming economically self-sufficient.

Our research helps improve our programs, develop innovative approaches, and provide practical tools to help those we serve succeed. We also use our research and our first-hand program experience to advocate for public policy change to remove obstacles to economic independence.

The courage and determination of those who come to us—like Lechille featured in our video—fuel our search for solutions and inspire our call for change.
