Interesting. Why did they lift the casket and women walking under it?
Why did they touch the casket and walk passed it?
I know its different everywhere in fj the way they celebrate weddings,funeral etc. And this is something new to me. Is it just the village or the whole province practice it that way?

@Linzer32 I´m not sure I understand what you mean when you say they must forget about it. Does that mean they forget the death? and in that case remember his life? or that they forget the person? maybe by im not sure like, not talking about the person?

@IamTheSassUhFrass In traditional Fiji, it takes mourners 100 days to fully find peace after a death, and after that, everyone must forget about it. It's an interesting tradition of theirs.
