Okay, people are pissing me (the youtube owner) off.

First off, yes, I do know what those Khmer lyrics mean.

Second, it doesn't take a genius to realize that the English part and the Khmer part are different from each other.

Laura specifically inserted her own lyrics to commemorate the fall of Phnom Penh. All of us, those of affected by communism and revolutions are forced to become slaves to society by working whatever jobs are available to support our own families. "Bopha Chiangmai" correlates to the beauty that surrounds a certain area. Both are opposite perspectives but make one truth of the world.
So yes, they are different, but they fit into the perfect puzzle of the world.
