Knox - 2008 Sampler

This is my 2008 sampler. I have been doing parkour/freerunning for about 10 months now, it doesn't have as much stuff as I wanted but it does have good clean solid stuff. Also because of the shitty weather and just not wanting to push myself so hard, I didn't feel like waiting another few weeks to work on some moves that i am so close to having like barrel rolls and back fulls and stuff, I think its just way long overdue. please enjoy comments are much appreciated

i always mess up on the kong for some reason its like my legs hit my chest, then i fall on my face sometimes, any tips please? Also flips should i go take a tumbling class?
