Like Nobel Peace Prize winner Milton Friedman insisted, you cannot simultaneously have open borders and a welfare state... it will NEVER work. This is why hospitals in border states are failing, going bankrupt, and the astronomical cost of public education gets higher every year.

Keep living in your dream world. The Euro-welfare model is already proving to be unsustainable... every country in the Eurozone (with the possible exception of Germany) is drowning in trillions of dollars/euros of debt. Once they finally let Greece collapse, once the 5th bailout proves to be nothing more than buying a bit more time, the domino effect will take down others like Portugal, Spain, Italy, etc.

Germany will have to bail they all out before folding herself.

100% agree. Obamacare takes 500 billion from Medicare to Obamacare. Eventually if not repealed, Obamacare will turn into a one payer system where the Government is in charge of health care for everyone! The federal government will Underpay Doctors and Surgeons and people will stop going into medicine!

@pjmgame You idiot, conservatives want to raise the retirement age because social security was set in place in a different time where the life expectancy and therefore retirement age was much lower than it is now.

Now people live longer and retire later,therefore it makes sense to raise it.But then common sense,facts,logic and deduction are not friends to liberals!
