  • 'if everybody just did one small good thing, think how much better the world would be'

    i love you frank.

  • Im not a veggie/vegan. But i am a anti-pecitarian, becuase i hate how fish is fished.

I dont eat fast food anymore because i find it disgusting the way they treat animals, so i eat Free-range produce. I cant give up meat because i like it too much and if i do become a veggie/vegan then i wouldn't get any protein coz idont eat enough of it.

    Sorry. I ramble :3

  • @CourageKeeper Thanks =)

  • @RANDOMWICKED That's good!

    :D

Hey if you ever need help or have any questions I can definately be of assistance to you :)

  • @CourageKeeper I'lll keep an eye out for those brands. My dad kind of supports me. I mean, tonight he made vegetarian lasagne (or how ever u spell it =P) for dinner.

  • @RANDOMWICKED Awee well I'm glad :D

But yea that thought definately keeps you in the right state of mind.

When you go to your local grocery store get products like "morning star" and "boca" and any other meatless products. It's a tad bit pricey... but so worth it. and it's really good for you

  • @CourageKeeper Yeah I have been vegetarian since new years. I am 13 now but will be 14 soon. so it is hard because I can't just go out and drive to the store to get food. But I wont give up. and I will use that tip you gave me. =) just reading it made me feel so guilty and cruel.=( but at least it works. =D

  • @RANDOMWICKED The first 2 weeks- 2 months are the hardest because its like kicking a habbit. But with enough support and will power you can :D

And if you think about eating meat... think about what the animal is... what it looks like, where its from, and how much blood was shed for that 'food' (actually flesh) to be put there. Thats what I did :D

  • @RANDOMWICKED I have been for over a year now (:

I (originally started when I was 13, but had 0 support or ways of getting food for myself so I had to stop. But I'm 17 now :D)

  • @LeBlondebean I'm sorry not to be rude.... but saying you wouldnt get ANY protein at all form being a vegetarian or vegan isn't a justified excuse. Eat Morning Star or any other vegetarian/vegan products, drink soy milk. You'll get waaaaaaaay more nutrients that way.

I get that you have a preference, but that fact is entirely wrong.

There are ways to supplement and provide nutrients for your body it's all about how far and how much you want to be involved.

  • "No normal human being can watch an animal being slaughtered and then go get a hamburger."

Not true. Some people grew up around that stuff, living on farms, and are used to it. It's not because they're not normal, it's all about what you're used to. I know plenty of kids, even, who have not only seen animals killed, but who have killed animals with their own two hands, and they &their families still eat meat. It's not something everyone could deal with, but it doesn't mean that person is sick.

  • Thank you Frank. I have now been vegetarian since New Years! well..it's a start! =D
