Getting Ko'ed by Damis

This is what NOT to do when fighting damis from desert treasure(this is on my old pure, Imp):

P.P.S. - The first part of the video is instructional, but once I start fighting damis, it switches to what you most definitely should NOT do.

Okay now this is for everyone to know. I didn't attack him once he was in his second form because I had done my research, and was told that I could get him stuck behind the skeletons/hounds. THAT was why I was running around so much, trying to get him stuck. On his second form, he drains prayer by 2 every hit, even if the hit is 0. That is why, at the end, I ran out of prayer. No, I was not running like an idiot, I was trying to get him stuck so I wouldnt have my prayer drained. End of story =p

Yeah well see I was sorta freaked out cuz the skeleton-holding-damis thing wasnt working... I was just running away back to the bank so I could try again a different way and then my prayer ran out. I was losing HP fast, and I quickly drank a prayer potion, tried to turn on protect from Melee... Missed, and got killed. I doubt it would have helped me anyway, I was pretty much already dead

Yeah it was easy. You're right I was a noob back then =D. I totally freaked once he started draining my prayer. I had been studying the manuals and it said I could get him caught behind the skeletons and the hounds. You'll notice that I was constantly running around trying to get him caught behind them. Finally I figured out it wasn't going to work, and that's when I ran out of prayer... It seemed logical at the time =(

OK listen noob ive killed him twice. His second form drains prayer by two even if he hits 0. I was trying to trap him behind the skeletons, which doesnt work. The best way is to hide behind the rat just south of the large chamber.
