It's definitely one of cool unique games out there most people never heard of.

code for unlimited lives: at the first level pause and unpause 200 times before doing anything else makes everyenemy you kill a extra life.

also pick leo for your birthday, the creature associated with your birthday fires powerups instead of attacks and Leo has fire that homes in on you, so homing power ups.
