The British police are equal opportunity beaters. for every so many white people they beat up, they have to, by LAW. beat up an equivalent number of non--white people, so its all ok in the end. If you are stupid enough to resist arrest then you are going to get roughly treated. and I'm not a great fan of the police...a lot of them in newport are prize wankers.
