@cowboyx1970 He didn't wanna kill himself, he wanted to slow down. I think stomach wounds last longer. Wrists would be too quick since his mother won't be back for a while that day. Artie sleeps and people laugh, Artie botches his suicide and people still laugh. I think he's ashamed to explain that it was the Ambien he took that might've triggered the stabbing. Coke/Ambien's a helluva drug.

@JGH8sDaDebunkerz I totally agree with what you're saying..but in this case, Artie later confessed this was all bullshit. He saw a therapist only once...was never on anti depressants

@davidwarren3 You're right, it's great watching a fat loser turn into an alcoholic and rug addict gambler loser and fuck up the best gig ever for a comedian - Jackie's fuck-up wasn't this good. It's even more hysterical that he couldn't even commmit suicide right.
