  • Mr. CApt bEn,

Will you let Santa Claus know that I want one of theese! Please!!!

  • He will want to know if you have been bad or good. LOL

  • so you FLY to the spot where you sit all day waiting for a bite!

  • LOL, I used to think the same thing. However, when we prefish we cover miles upon miles of water. Many of those areas include slow zones and Manatee zones. So when you commit to an area like that you really have to have a fast boat to cover the areas you can run. If not you are stuck only fishing one spot hoping that it works out. The SCB helps you to recover if you first spots don't pan out or if you are racing someone to get to the same spot.

    Godspeed,

    Capt Ben

  • i would love to see the stats on how much money is spent on these overpriced boats vs what people actually make in winning because of 4 billion horse power.

  • I have some stats for you. My 175 Yamaha powering my 23 foot charter tower boat gets about 2mpg @ 34 mph. This boat with a 300 gets 4.75mpg at 55mph. This means they get there faster and more fuel efficiently. So for everyday use the Simmons makes more sense with its setup than my boat does.

  • Forgot to add....Going 70+ Rocking out on the water is just P.I.M.P. and no one else builds a better pimp sled than Eric at SCB. Period! And from what I've seen no one catches the big ole hogs like capt.Chancey.... Now all you need is some Waterloo rods capt. and you'd be set!

  • Hmmmm. Just wake up earlier to get to the spot with a cheaper boat......

  • @KiheiLawyer LOL! Yep! It's worth it though!! lol

  • dear santa...

  • Only 80mph+ with a 300.......

  • I promise you more people are critics than know what the he'lll they are talking about. I have a shallow water boat, sub 10" and my partner has a F-22. As it has been said, sometimes first to the spot wins. But more often than that, can you imagine being able to fish 40 miles away with just a 25 min boat ride and only burning 5 gallons?

  • Get the facts right SCB's are not 100 grand, and getting there first many times wins tourny's. From your post Kihei, you don't fish them and have no idea about big money tourny's.

  • POSSIBLE, but there are 50 guys spending $100,000 or more for a boat. One or a few guys win $50,000. Seems like a bad investment to me.
