You can't use your knees in an official pull-up, nonetheless, great job, and great exercise. Using your knees kicking up can allow you to get more reps on your upper body, which is very good. But, tough to get even 20 pull-ups without moving the legs! 10 good-form pull-ups is tough, cause you must go slower also
