monkeys as pets must be restrained. if the monkey is not restrained it will go into the neighbors yard, kitchen, etc and the neighbors (the balinese people) will kill the monkey. the chain is for its own safety

@2010LyricMaster I dunno if he'd get hit by a cat Monkeys are pretty smart and if a dog can figure out how to cross streets/. Mind you in some places where wild monkeys run loose in the burbs their usual MO is to break into the house steel beer and food and the like..

the dog and monkey were completely playing. if the dog was being aggressive he would never lay down like he did numerous times. there are many other indications but that is a good one

the dog is bullying the monkey, but the monkey hates it, and being smarter then the dog he can restrain the dog when it gets out of hand

I enjoyed the interaction between the 2, Totally hated that the monkey was chained up.. No animal should be chained up.
