  • Thanks for posting this great video of a classic classy rifle. I really enjoy your imformative videos as they are very well done.

  • I have a question. I've seen a SMLE No1 MkIII with 2 holes drilled in a straight line (with an imprint line into the wood of something mounted on it) in the woordwork behind the rear sight aperature, above the chamber. Was this standard on a SMLE or signs of a modification? Been looking for WWI era sniper rifles to check the scope mounting (if any) but no luck so far. It's a 1911 BSA with a WW2 bolt (firing pin safety is a flat not a round one).

  • Where do you think they sell scopes for this rifle? And are they hard to mount?

  • and people wonder why we love guns...... Look at the craftmanship, look at the wood the metal! omg *drools*

  • Cant find those scope mounts need them for my no1 mk3 help me

  • you cannot use clips with scope? it gets in the way?

  • LMAO! I have to know the vegemite story! I've seen a few of your videos and just have to know what this is all about!?! lol

  • Hey Jolly, I have an Ishapore No1 Mk 3 that I just got two days ago ( first Lee Enfield ) and the bolt seems to be a bit hard to cock ( or the last bit of travel in the bolt that cocks the rifle is difficult. also she doesn't feed very nicely :( do you know why this might be? thanks for your help.

  • love the rifle...nice to see it with an origional scope for once pretty rare...as u well know lol. pretty good deal getting it from your friend as well. check out my channel for my ww2 stuff british mainly...no guns yet
