done, with two goals in mind! Hand one kid his ass in the 1/4 mile and get kicked outa gate way for no cage! But I'ma try to kill both birds w/ one stone! If you still got the truck, you should meet up w/ me, mines still CPI, for now w/ the Wynjammer setup, and I'm put'n down close to 300rwhp as it sits....But when it's done, it'll be a tard build, to much power, not enough traction, aka dyno queen....

my truck is a ZR2 8.5" ring gear rear end w/ disk. I'm about to go pick up a new break booster and master cylinder to properly run the front/rear disk as it should (the 98 Blazer 4x4 is the combo u want to fix this issue!). The trans needs to be modified and built, the drive shaft is my stock aluminum one cut down 2" because the 8.5" yolk is longer. And the rear end is going to have to be cut about 2 1/2" on each side & new axles ordered from DTS for 300 plus shipping. In the spring it'll all be

so the outcome of the build on .030 over should be quite rancid! The machine work and build is being done at G & M Automotive out off of Telograph Road, about 16 miles from where your truck was dino'd. I think he still has your map from your tune, and is going to use that for my base tune. Not sure how it's gonna end up, but Mike Jr at G & M said it should take plenty of abuse, and drop around 500rwtq, just a matter of boost, the fuel supply is there and the build to handle it. The Rear end on

This is tarded, I gotta finish the post here....any way, w/ Al Martins supercharger, can't push more than 8lbs of boost w/out destroying the Ceramic Ball Bearings, it won't take it! So I'm going Turbo, the bottom end w/ have a 114 Grind CompCam, and Keith Black Hypertectic 7.8:1 compression pistions. Ballanced assymboly and all put to gether, the heads will have a pocket job done, nothing fancy, stock valves. ARP bolts all the way around, and the 98 bock I picked up has a HIGH nickle content

@gemelitopr Unfortunatly, I'm a bit of a tard. Still going to use the anchor of a boat intake, lol. But I will need it! I BEARLY squeezed some NIM403 injectors on it, going to run them for 51lbs hr possible w/ a ZR1 duel in take Walbro 255LPH setup (maybe, or a modified 93-98 Turbo Supra Fuel Pump, single setup). I put a LS1 throttle body on top of the intake, not sure what you used. And I'm using the Al Martin Wynjammer supercharger right now, going to Holset H1C Turbo in Spring....

@BUGGYINNOVATIONS how much torque? Has to be around 310-320

If you want to install a marine intake manifold it will fit with any problem on the cylinder heads, but what i did was the following I modified the stock aluminum intake manifold to use the upper section of the marine intake and the marine fuel rail system any competitive machine shop will do that modification to your stock intake manifold and the best of that is that you don't have to add all the weight from the steel marine intake.

I run right around a 14 flat with my naturally aspirated 4.3 (2003 sonoma). It has a cam and tuned exhaust with shorter gears. I agree with the supercharger, but I can't help but mention the fact that the stock cam in that motor practically strangles that supercharger. I probably get more air in and out of my n/a motor that yours supercharged. You NEED an aftermarket cam if you want the engine to compliment the super charger. We're talking about adding probably another 100 at the crank..

Respond to this video... The video is very good and the photos that you present are really nice for some one that whant to modified their 4.3 engine to mercury marine intake manifold.

Hi I have a marine intake manifold with 39 pounds injectors and a vortech supercharger on my 1999 s10 xtreme, I have plans to modified the stock obd2 program using and hp tunner , but need to know what type of map sensor you have installed or recomended for my aplication. thanks Att Juan
I get up to 13 lbs of boost it is a K&N filter 4” outlet. It definitely has not been a problem.

do you have an e-mail address i can contact you through?
i found out the hard way how unprepared i was for a supercharger and blew up my motor. im putting a new one in right now, its almost done. i have an adjustable FMU for now but i would like to upgrade to a real MPFI system one day. i have tossed around the idea of converting the edelbrock 2114 intake manifold or doing a stealth ram setup. i have heard of the marine intake swap but have never seen it done.

I first tried a FMU with the 25 lb injectors that came with the marine intake, but even they couldnt flow enough fuel at just 6 psi of boost. After some experimenting I found the 33 lb injectors and a bigger fuel pump was the only way to run the boost up, without melting down the pistons. With companies selling supercharger kits that dont address the lack of fuel at boost, I am surprised you dont hear more about people burning up their motors.
Thanks,
Paul

I guess similar to the Wynjammers setup, I am running up to 13psi of boost at 5200 rpm, you will find the stock fuel injection just cant flow enough fuel even at just 6psi boost. The only clean way to get enough fuel is to go with the marine intake. I would be willing to make another harness, do you have an automatic, if so do you will need to machine a manifold block for the trans sensor, also machining on the manifold for the water pump bypass, I could also do this for you.
Thanks,
Paul

I think you should try electric fans and a under drive pulley setup first. This was one of the things that I did were I could really feel a difference. I picked both up cheap on eBay
