i bought that product there was a refurbashed one but i bout the brandnew one not the refurbashed one i have alot of problems with it stop working so now i have to get another one they told me that if the next one does it again that i will have to get a refund back and that i will have to get a different bluetooth does urs still work have you had any problems with it

I sense a contra deal going on here. As someone who actually owns an s4 and just threw it in the trash I can tell you that there are better ways to spend $100 - setting it alight: quicker and less painful. Got one by another maker now - the $100 was worth it to ensure I never buy another Blueant product.

Oh - and Blueant Customer Service never answered one of my emails. I think they're in witness protection

I have owned 3 blueant products: 2 BT headsets and 1 BT speakerphone. Although they all promised great features, not one of them delivered. I am shocked that the person in the video claimed that their customer service is excellent. It is not. In fact, they are HQ'd in Oceana and I would swear they have one guy in the states. Do not buy their bullshit. Do not waste your money.
