  • That's pretty fuckin good man. Just one question, what is the function of the baby steps in between?

  • There is really no reason for the little stutter steps and I didn't even realize I was doing it at the time until after I watched the video (I asked myself the same question). I now make sure I don't ever do that. I actually have a more recent video of lunges w/ 225 but the file size is too big to post here

  • Very impressive!

  • damn you're a monster, i do it with 90 lb DBs for 12 and 95s for 6...

  • DAMN, who is this guy? He's a f-n horse!

  • Standard lunges just don't feel right for me, I prefer walking or reverse lunges.

  • everybody dose it i dnt no why i do it too

  • ya i actually do that sometimes just to catch my balance

  • It certainly is good, but why not do them in the rack? I do them in the rack, which forces me to push off each leg back into my intial stance; this really works the gluts and the quads a lot better. Give that a try. It's easier to do a lunge and push forward then to push back from whence you came.

  • off-balance
