Solar dehydrator

A six tray, solar dehydrator. 18 inches wide by 48 inches long and 11 inches deep. Air enters through the bottom heats up over the aluminum and passes by the fruit or veg and out the top. You need at least twice the area or volume of hot air collector than the fruit capacity area to dry stuff. It's made to fit Excalibur 15 1/4 inch trays. Solar dryers are a bit labor intensive, so if your time is crunched, buy an electric one. I hardly see any increase in my electric bill during the drying season Aug through Oct.
