i disagree very strongly, the film is perfection.
but the music is way to modern, i dont know what its called but ive heard it so many times on different games, and films, there are absolutly no films around as uniqueue as forbbiden planet on the thermin, you only have to hear seconds of it like jaws and you know instantly what film it is

Great trailer one of my favourite fan trailers. But only to nitpick, it's hardly a "teaser" trailer.

Well done in many ways, but this is more a summary than a teaser. You guve away way too much including the main plot kicker. You need to hint, allude, and tease, not explain. Also, the generic braindead hohum standard music reduces this piece to a commodity. I dare you to do something with the original electronics score which is the most daring soundtrack in Hollywood movie history and worthy of use if for no other reason.

A superb re-editing job! Done this way, the update makes Forbidden Planet look as exciting as any Star Wars movie. Thanks for the extreme (but very respectful) makeover of this timeless classic. The images are still stunning, you've unearthed a new, exciting rhythm hidden underneath.

I have been watching this movie since '73 and i'll tell you that this is THE BEST re-editing
job I have ever seen. I (very) rarely record other people's work, but I had to make a copy of this and i'll keep it for life.
