Not a bad concept. I'd suggest that you play with your camera a bit more so that your faces aren't so washed out. I'm betting your camera picked up the flat black monitor screen behind you and set the light levels accordingly. That's why your faces look so washed out.

Also, why don't you move the show to the conference room in the northwest corner of your offices. It'd be a better background (lake/mountains) and you wouldn't have to have the camera zoomed in and cutting out your shoulders.
