"Drop It Low" Cosmic Zumba

Bettzy shows us how to "DROP IT LOW" during Fitness Unlimited's Cosmic Zumba Masterclass on April 9, 2011. A gym transformed into full black light and glow in the dark night club experience. Body paint, wigs, light sticks, and a cardio burning workout was the theme of this masterclass.

Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30pm
Thurday at 8:30pm
Saturday at 9:15am

Zumba is a high impact dance exercise created for people that want to JOIN THE PARTY AND DITCH THE WORKOUT.
